SJC2HAC Is Making a Difference
In 2008, the
Healthier San Joaquin County Community Assessment began including in the report several stories of local agencies in San Joaquin County
that are making a difference to improve access to health care for local
residents. Collectively called How We’re Making a Difference, these
exciting accounts of local success have been assembled and are featured in this
document. The following stories show how community initiatives and agencies are
making a difference in San Joaquin County.
